Shipping Procedures & Policy:

We process and ship you order as quickly as possible. However, as with most mail order businesses, we ask that you allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Most every item at Atomic-Tiki is available for immediate shipment from our inventory, However, sometimes back orders do occur. When an item is back ordered we will notify you that there will be a delay and how long that delay will be. You will then be asked whether you'd like for (1) the available item(s) to be shipped immediately and the back ordered item(s) be shipped when available; (2)whether you'd like to wait for the back-ordered item to become available and have them all/both shipped at the same time; (3) continue with the purchase, but cancel the back ordered items; (4) cancel the entire order and pay a lot more for it somewhere else. If payment is made by personal check then shipment will be delayed until the check clears the bank. Generally personal checks take 7 days to clear before shipment is made.

Shipping - U.S. Orders

Orders are shipped either U.S. Mail or Fedex Ground to street addresses in the continental United States. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be sent through U.S. Mail . Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. will be sent via Air Mail Parcel Post. To Check the status of your order, Just e-mail us with your information, and we will get right back to you. Be sure to provide us with your first and last name, order number, and the date you placed your order. All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Satisfaction Guaranteed - Return Policy

We guarantee you will be satisfied with each product you receive from Atomci-Tiki. If you are not satisfied with your selection for any reason, please use the return label on your packing slip and mail it back to us within 30 days of receipt for your choice of replacement, credit or refund. Returns are allowed only for items that are new and unused and in their original packaging. Should damage occur due to shipping please inform us within 24 hours of the receipt of goods at info@atomic-tiki.com. Reimbursement for damaged goods will be made by USPS insurance policy. All refunds are issued in the same manner as the original purchase.

Vintage Items Disclaimer

All vintage items are one of kind, unless noted in the description. These items can be purchased on a "first-come, first-serve basis only". Our site is updated at the end of each business day, if an item is purchased by more than one buyer, the later customer will be notified via e-mail that the item was previously sold and no charge will be made to their account.

Please keep in mind, all vintage electrical items have been tested and are in working condition. However, we do not recommend leaving these items unattended. Atomic-Tiki is not responsible for any damage that may incur as a result of the buyer's use of any product outside it's intended and original scope of use as foreseen by the original manufacturer.
